Job Summary: To assist Facilities Manager in managing Shared Base Support task as below associated with iBase tickets closure and follow up.
1. Management of Lifting Equipment
2. Loading / Offloading & Internal Movement of Equipment
3. Wash Bay
4. Waste
5. Junk
6. Pressure Testing

Relationships:
Direct Reporting Location Facilities Manager
Functional Reporting: OFS Base Manager / Geomarket Facilities Manager

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Management of Lifting Equipment
Manage all lifting equipment and register lifting certification. Includes managing detailed inventory of all Lifting equipment such as slings, baskets, Cranes, Forklifts, etc., keeping track of certification status and managing the third party performing the certification. Insure preventive maintenance of the Overhead crane / Forklift and all supporting lifting equipment (slings, other lifting devices)
2. Loading / Offloading & Internal Movement of Equipment
Manage and perform any activities that requires forklift/ Cranes / mobile crane operation for moving equipment in base. This includes segments FTE loading/offloading to/from well site or Materials/ Logistics loading/offloading to/from other locations/countries. It also covers moving equipment within the facilities as per segment's request.
3. Wash Bay
Perform the maintenance and management of the wash bay activities associated with washing and cleaning equipment back from well site. Activities will be either performed by SLB Staff or third part trained contractor.
4. Waste
Manage waste area following HSE /Country environmental guideline (Waste disposal includes hazardous waste from the sumps and also items like paint cans. It can also include scrap, PCBs, metal and wood where there are possible intellectual property issues and financial issues in regard to payments for certain scrap material like metals).
5. Junk
Manage and ensure complete junking process of FTE after segment's approval. The process includes seeking approval of other function (HSE, Finance, etc.), moving the junked equipment to junk area and complete disposal with 3rd party.
6. Pressure Testing
Perform the Maintenance and Management of the PTB. Facilities will coordinate the booking of the pressure test bay with the segments to optimize the utilization of the space.
Keeping area free from trip hazards/ clean along with the certification and Calibration of all the PB Equipment. Note that the Share base support team will not be involved in the performing of the pressure test (Segments to handle the execution of their
respective Pressure test). Plans, directs and directly or through subordinates, ensures supervision of the facility (is) management services including facility operating systems, maintenance processes, repair and improvement, custodial services and security operations. Coordinates maintenance and operation activities within the various functions and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of personnel and equipment. Recommends operating methods and equipment to reduce the facility(is) management costs through new sources, substitutions, improved systems or methods, service quality and safety. Coordinates preparation of contract scope/specifications. "Manage Shared Base Support Services for base common support tasks in compliance with the Optimized Support in Transformation". "Ensure consistent implementation of Schlumberger Property Management Standards, Engineering & Construction Standards, and Operations & Maintenance Standards. Coordinate with Line Management campaigns toward the implementation the standard Professional facility image. Responsible of the Shared Base Support initiative in the facility.
Previous Experience and Competencies:
Job requires a Diploma in engineering or Facilities Management with at least 3 years of Experience in Field Operations or Construction/Project Facilities Management. Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures with multi-segment experience preferred.
