POSITION PURPOSE:
The Field Content Coordinator is responsible for delivering factual and engaging content that aligns with the Cotton On Foundation Communications Strategy. The key objective of this role is about creating brand awareness and delivering a 1:5 ratio across all team and customer touch points. The Content Coordinator will be required to deliver outstanding creative solutions through film, animation, pre and post production, audio and photography.
The Content Coordinator is responsible for liaising with the wider COF team to gather information that is in-line with the COF Communications Strategy, and then use this information to create and publish compelling and informative storytelling content. They are responsible for the upkeep and content publishing of all COF owned channels including, and social media platforms and on occasions COF's in-store presence.
The Content Coordinator will report to the Communications Manager and support the overall Cotton On Foundation Communications Strategy .
Benchmark Measure Accountabilities
• Proactively source new and interesting content opportunities through building strong relationships across the business
• Ensure content is delivered on time as per the Content Development communications strategy
• Produce content that creates brand awareness for Create factual and our customers engaging content that Support the wider Engagement Team in delivery aligns with the Cotton of content that aims to build the Cotton On On Foundation's Foundation as a brand and drive
Communications Strategy.
• Servicing the wider Cotton On Group's Foundation content requirements, both digital and offline channels.
• Positive feedback from key stakeholders re: contribution of positive ideas and suggestions in order to enhance the vision for video production.
• Delivering final output within 3 rounds of changes and in line with COG brand guidelines.
• Video production and Delivery of photography assignments in line with photography brief and brand style guide.
• Composition and framing is in line with company style guide.
• Social Media Posting and writing content that is both on brand and factual.
• Publishing and day-to-day
• Frequency of posting in line with the upkeep of the Cotton communication strategy. On Foundation's owned
• Responding in a timely manner to customer posts social channels, including and messages answering customer
• Assisting other Cotton On Group brands with their queries. social posts, fact checking and image sourcing
• Reporting on all content published across all platforms Reporting
• Deadlines - Meets personal deadlines and completes briefs accurately. Compliance objectives
• To operate within the law, governance, regulations and organisational agreements that binds us.

OTHER SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ATTRIBUTES AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:
• Good interpersonal skills, high level of integrity and good moral conduct
• Excellent written English and computer skills Self-directed and capable of working with minimum supervision Ability to work within tight deadlines for proposal development / reporting
• Strong commitment to Cotton On Foundation's cause and values An open personality and acceptance of all races, creeds and cultures Licensed, and willing to travel by motor bike
• The candidate must be able to travel and live in the field locations in the rural areas of Southern Uganda ANNUAL OPERATIONAL
Qualifications And Experience / Background:
• Qualification in Journalism or Communications preferable.
• Clear criminal record
• Ability to deliver quality film, photography, audio and editing.
• Experience working as a content editor, journalist or in communications is a must
• A background and understanding of the Marketing function within a business • Backend website publishing experience favorable but not essential
Proven Experience Of:
✓ Photography - Stock photography for digital learning.
✓ Key Stakeholder Mentoring - Provide clear direction and support to the Cotton On Group brands, in relation to video production.
✓ Communication - Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure briefs are interpreted accurately and delivered to industry quality
✓ Video Production - Producing hype films, training videos and interviews.
