JOB DETAILS:
Position: Field Officer (Uganda)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Night Shift Field Officer. As a Field Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our supervisors, Inspectors and guards carry out their duties efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Arrange with the operations manager for the deployment of guards and arrangement of relievers.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough security checks and inspections.
• Check on all guards at posts and ensure that they have all the necessary equipment and uniform.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated security effort.
• Report and document security incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies
• Proven experience as a Field officer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical fitness and flexibility to work for longer hours.
