Delko Finance is a micro lending company that seeks to empower boda boda operators with short term lending solutions. We seek to economically empower boda boda riders in our communities through the delivery of quality and timely financial services.

Job Summary: The Field Sales Executives will ensure the achievement of sales & leads targets within designated areas, build and maintain productive working relationships with existing and prospective clients, their leaders and community leaders at large.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell the Delko Quick Cash Loan to targeted customers in an assigned suburb in Kampala
• Build relationships with clients and their leaders in the assigned community.
• Help clients determine financial needs and areas of improvement
• Help clients prepare necessary account opening documentation prior to loan disbursement
• Follow up with clients on collections and recoveries.
• Submit weekly & monthly plans and reports on sales & lead generation performance
• Apply business rules and processes as defined in operational protocols
• Uphold the company brand at all times.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should hold a minimum of a diploma in relevant business studies.
• Computer literacy skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Business acumen and financial literacy
• Good Negotiation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Resourcefulness, ability to multi-task and handle pressure.
