JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Off-season
• Mobilize farmers (prospection, identification, & registration of coffee growers).
• Train farmers on agricultural best practices & sustainability standards.
• Plan harvest season (reparation of sourcing area, identification &
• implementation of collecting sites, and plan volumes with local suppliers).
• Gather internal and external information relevant to the organization.

On-season
• Manage all activities of the Coffee Sourcing Centers (supervision of quality).
• Provide accurate & on time reporting to the management (price and volume stand as in the field).
• Coordinate sourcing sites & local suppliers.
• Manage and supervise cherry suppliers in the field.
• Motivate employees, solve conflicts, and preserve customer relationships.

Academic Qualifications
• The applicant must hold a minimum of a diploma in agribusiness, procurements and logistics management and any other related course·
• Two years of field experience within the coffee industry.
• Excellent planning & management skills with the ability to prioritize & respond
• to tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership skills, able to encourage & motivate a team

Languages:
• Proficient in English, Lukonzo, Lutoro, runyankole.


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
