JOB DETAILS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /KEY DELIVERABLES
• End to End Handing of Finacle application L2 issues ranging from incident analysis, bug fixes, SIT Testing, UAT support, move to production etc.
• Coordinate with L3 support/ product vendor in case of product bug/enhancement requirement/very complex issues
• Finacle customization (document and own all customization done on the core banking system, review of new customization requests. Design, development, and deployment of the same in production per change management processes of the bank)
• Finacle CBS production application support and maintenance.
• Coordinate permanent resolution of recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution through proper Incident and Problem Management.
• Application automation spanning performance and operational improvements.
• Work with various teams like Infrastructure, development teams to resolve issues, analysis of root cause for complex issues and outages etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with focus on continuous service improvement, consistent delivery, and stability of production systems.
• Maintain proper documentation for SOPs, MOPs, Knowledge management and transfer to L1 teams.
• Schedule, plan and supervise the installation and testing of new products, upgrades, patches, or improvement to the Finacle product suite.
• Work on incidents/tickets logged in the bank’s IT service management (ticketing) system for investigation, analysis, and resolution.
• Provision of advisory services to the Bank on the optimal use of Finacle product suite.
• Plan, co-ordinate, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement security measures to safeguard the Core Banking platform against accidental or unauthorized access or modification to the system.
• Gather system enhancement, data extract requests and reporting requirements from system users and work closely with the Business Technology team to develop detailed technical requirements.
• Maintains Core Banking systems performance by performing proactive system capacity and availability monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
• Manage, configure, and optimize Finacle Core and FI interface with internal and external applications.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on Production support experience on FINACLE 10.x/ 11.x Core Banking platform di-erent modules
• 5 years of technical experience supporting Finacle banking system in medium to large organizations.
• Sound understanding of RDBMS / Unix / Large banking application.
• Certification in Oracle database management preferred.
• Significant experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Hands on experience with Unix operating systems and Bash scripting.
• Finacle Core Banking Functional Systems Training.
• Finacle Core Banking Functional ends user support and End of day execution experience/knowledge.
• Understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Security Architecture, and IT Regulatory Compliance.
• Finacle Patching and Deep architecture knowledge.
• ITIL Foundation training.
• So ware Development Life Cycle skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical Thinking & Complex Problem solving.
