JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the financial health and administrative operations of the hospital. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial management skills, effective leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health record management systems
• Ability to track multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency with financial management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and compliance requirements.
