JOB DETAILS:
Job Description: Acrobatic Circus Troupe’s (ACT’s) Finance Associate will contribute to the growth and long-term sustainability of the organization. This individual will be responsible for preparing budget and financial reports, managing accounting records, handling payments & collections and payroll documentation & distribution. .

Responsibilities:
The Finance Associate has the following responsibilities and duties:
• Manage accounting records
• Prepare financial reports
• Manage payments and collections, including collections from performances • Manage cash balances
• Improve accounting systems, policies and processes as necessary
• Prepare the yearly budget with input from the President and the Chairman of the Board
• Ensure that ACT does not overspend and operates within the limits of their yearly budget
• Prepare payroll and distribute to ACT employees

Requirements:
The Finance Associate should have the following skills, education & experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Fluent in English
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Gmail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work in ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial spirit
