COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Responsible for the accounting, accounting report, budget management and analysis, tax management and fund management to ensure compliance with Uganda Legislation and taxation policies and responsible for financial inspections and audits.
• Must supervise implementation of laws and regulations to avoid various finance and tax risks.
• Must organize an annual budget, responsible for tracking budget implementation /adjustment/ analysis of the business objectives.
• Must supervise and manage the tax declaration, tax planning and taxation matters.
• Should control and coordinate external audit work matters and review accounting reports, tax reports, and statistical reports
• Must be familiar with Chinese financial management and familiar with international financial management and headquarter system and process.

Requirements
• A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, economics or any other related majors.
• At least 7 years of financial and tax management experience.
