COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Responsible for the overall daily management of the project finance department
• Responsible for daily management of project finance Cost Control. Including but not limited to fund management, budget management, cost management, expense accounting management, tax management, etc.
• Responsible for the finance department overall business arrangement and planning.
• Responsible for Issue financial report and propose reasonable implementation of financial plan to project team leader
• Must maintain a good working relationship with the owner’s finance department and local tax department.
• Must be fluent in English communication and must be familiar with international standards (ASTM/BS) and cost control.
• Must have similar project experience in Uganda

Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or above in Tax administration or finance.
• At least 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of tax management, financial management, accounting management, and financial planning management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
