JOB DETAILS:
Talanta Finance Limited is an organization incorporated and registered in 2006 as a limited liability company with aim of providing affordable financial support to the business community in form of loans and capacity building.
Duty Station: Head Office
Reports to: CEO
Provides supervision to: Accountant, Finance Officer and Cashiers/Tellers .

Purpose of the position: To manage the Accounts Department and financial health of an organization by producing reports, direct investment activities, develop strategies and plans for the long term financial goals and support management team, make financial decisions to achieve operational financial sustainability.

Job Skills : Not Specified

Qualification: Certified public Accountant or similar qualification with at least 5 years' experience working in an MDI, MFI or banking institution. Good skills in financial modelling tools Micro fin, forecasting and business modelling and MIS core banking systems.

Work Hours: 8
