JOB DETAILS:
We are searching for a qualified and reliable individual who will be responsible for the financial control, audit, legal & statutory compliances, taxation and treasury management.

Key Responsibilities include;
• Prepare Annual Budgets and monthly variance analysis.
• Cost management and budget optimisation
• Business case development, cash flow modelling and analysis.
• Financial report preparation as per lFRS and local requirements.
• Performance analysis and review.
• Supervising of accounting and financial transaction data aspects
• Financial report presentation to Management.
• Supervising internal and external audits and process compliances.
• Relationship management with local commercial banks, development banks, financial institutions.
• Comply to local taxes and employee welfare requirements.
• Filing for tax returns – Direct and Indirect.

Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s degree in fiscal management, qualified CA (preferably a master’s degree).
• At least 8 years managerial experience in finance operations in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Retail, Banking or Financial Consulting companies.
• Knowhow and experience in dealing with local banks, Ministry of Finance will be viewed favourably.
• Experience in managing team of accountants, financial stakeholders.
• Experience in ERP financial module implementation in SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage.
• Experience in group consolidated reporting in diverse work culture is desirable.
