Job Requirements:
• Accounting degree or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience working directly with a Christ-centered, child- focused NGO is desired
Job related experience and knowledge:
• Must be a born again Christian 

• Five years’ experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general 
ledger, payroll and payroll reports 

• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles 

• Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks 

• Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and 
submitting payroll taxes 

• Strong understanding of business and tax worksheets and computations 

• Must be able to speak English fluently 

• Proven ability to resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact well with different cultures 

• Excellent problem-solving skills 

· Extremely collegial and leads by example
