Uganda Cooperative Savings and Credit Union Limited (UCSCU) is the national apex organization for Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs) in Uganda. lt is registered under the Uganda Cooperative Societies Statute 1991 and the Uganda Cooperative Regulations 1992. Its headquarters are located on Plot No. 239 10kms Bombo Road, Maganjo.

ln a bid to serve her members better, the Union has created Kampala region to serve SACCOs of Kampala and Wakiso districts.

UCSCU is looking for highly motivated candidates, result oriented and qualified professionals with integrity to fill the following post.

Financial Services Officer – Western Region

Qualifications:

• B.COM/BBA\BSC or other equivalent from a recognized University.
• Partial membership of internationally recognized professional accounting or auditing body
  (ICPA, CIA, ACCA, etc.) is an added advantage.
• A post graduate qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Microfinance or Cooperative sector while working with a reputable financial institution or preferably Savings and Credit Cooperative Society (SACCO) or private commercial organization
