Box 34 Sironko in triplicate on PSC FORM THREE (Revised 2008) before the date indicated below. Application forms are obtainable from public service commission, Offices of secretaries District Service commissions Country wide.And must be filled in the applicatants own handwriting and three recent passport size photographs should be attached to each application form. _ Applicant should specify the job title and reference number for each post applied.
