Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited, a leading water bottling company in Uganda and a subsidiary of CCBA, the largest bottler in Africa, seeks to recruit a highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic professional for the position below:
FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTANT - DUTY STATION: NAMANVE

As Fixed Asset Accountant you will report directly to the Financial Accountant

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform roles of preparing and consolidating the capex budget for the year
• Ensure that the RFA purchases, transfers and disposals are filled in the appropriate way and approved according to the chart of authority
• Record purchases , transfers and disposal into sap and reconciling with general ledger
• Manage investments (IM) creation and Investments management planning
• Manage the physical verification process for all company fixed assets
• Monitor capex reports for management
• Manage the stock taking process , recording the physical with the system balances Process journals vouchers in the system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors‘ Degree in Financial Accounting. AC,CA/CPA is an added advantage Four (4) years‘ experience in Financial accounting role
• Experience in FMCG environment
• High level of Analytical skills and attention to detail
• High degree of integrity and Honesty, honesty, flexibility and analytical ability.
