JOB DETAILS:
IICS Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and collaborative Full-Stack Developer proficient in React, Java Spring Boot, and the basics of Kubernetes and Docker. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of innovative solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Create scalable and secure back-end services using Java Spring Boot.
3. Integrate RESTful APIs and work with databases.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Work closely with the Team Leader in Software Development to understand business requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
6. Deploy applications to production using Kubernetes and Docker.
7. Implement unit tests and functional tests to assure the quality of the delivered features.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production applications.
9. Ensure code quality through code reviews and refactoring.
10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong proficiency in React and Java Spring Boot.
4. Familiarity with package management using Yarn.
5. Basic understanding of deployment using Kubernetes and Docker.
6. Experience with Git version control.
7. Strong understanding of RESTful API patterns.
8. Proficiency in SQL and database design.

Skills:
1. Excellent problem-solving skills.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
3. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
