Pursuant to its global mission, WWF Uganda Country Office (WWF UCO) is seeking for an experienced and talented professionals for the following positions.

Fundraising Manager
Job Summary: Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the WWF-UCO Resource Mobilization Strategy to increase revenue generation and diversify sources of income through proactive engagement of international funding agencies and development partners, government and non-government funding agencies, international and local companies, private businesses, individuals and other innovative fundraising options (i.e. digital marketing, crowd funding, membership schemes e.t.c).

Job Specifications: The job holder should have: (1) Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Economics with related bachelor’s degree. (2) At least 10 years proven work experience in successful fundraising and marketing for a public or private organization and /or NGO. Demonstrated skills in development of Fundraising Strategies and Resource Mobilization for public or private organization and /or NGO is an added advantage. (3) Key personal competencies: must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication stills (oral, written, negotiation and analytical skills). Must be proactive, innovative, detail- orientated, self- motivated and able to work with multi-cultural teams.
