Job description • You conduct Gender and Inclusion(G&I) rapid analysis for the relevant sectors as need may arise, map and identify gender and inclusion concerns. • You enhance gender and inclusion programming capacity, though, conducting G&I Trainings, awareness raising and advocacy with stakeholders and project teams. • You routinely document and update information on G&I so that it is available to the M&E systems and that the performance of the portfolio /intervention can be measured. • You participate to technical forums in thr Gender and Inclusion area • You enhance gender and inclusion programming capacity, though, conducting G&I Trainings, awareness raising and advocacy with stakeholders and project teams. Your profile
