JOB DETAILS:
Newrest Uganda inflight Services is the only major catering company active in all catering and hospitality segments including airline catering , remote site and support services, railways, airport and motor retail concessions.
Newrest Uganda inflight services is an ISO certified company based at the Entebbe International Airport with various outlets across the country.
Newrest Uganda In-flight Services is seeking for:
General Manager .

Key Result Areas:
• He is responsible to roll out, organize and structure the different business branches of the company, with a special focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, human development, business development and financial profitability.
• To execute the strategy within the budget targets approved by the Group and the Board of Directors, to develop the business.
• To Implement, review and develop Inflight operational procedures in order to be in line with the KPI of the activity
• Assure the full implementation of Newrest Group procedures in terms of Inflight and B&l.
• Ensure constant review of all Inflight operations with a dedicated management team and drive forward resolutions for any issues raised.
• Provide an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the lnflight business including all of the key factors that impact the aviation industry and operations, now and in the future, and be able to suggest and drive ideas to improve performance.
• Assist with lnflight Unit business forecasting. Implement and Issue reporting and tracking systems on lnflight KPI
• Identify and exploit other business opportunities with in the country.
• Contribute to business retention and business growth.
• Promote and develop the different business activities of the Group.
• Monitor the lnflight Operations efficiency, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Profitability.
• Review and Develop the lnflight SOPs and programs
• Bring the Inflight training support to develop the skills and know-how.
• Analyze the lnflight market, changes, evolutions, threats and opportunities.
• Review the KPl's and issue relevant action plans in case of deviations.
• Guarantee high level food safety services to the client in line with international standards certification.

Qualification and Experience:
• At least a master’s degree in business management.
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in In-flight Catering Managerial position
