Job Title: General Manager
Job Location: Kampala
Industry: Manufacturing in Health and Beauty
Job Duties:
• Develop strategies to achieve company goals and align operations with market demands.
• Oversee production and sales to ensure efficiency, quality, and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor department heads, fostering teamwork and professional development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in a manufacturing and sales environment.
• Demonstrated results in revenue growth and efficiency improvement.
• Master’s degree/MBA is an added advantage.
