Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead the strategic and
operational management of the company. The GM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
business, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategic goals, and driving continuous
performance improvements. This leadership role requires extensive experience in transport and logistics
operations, along with a deep understanding of corporate finance, strategic planning, and team leadership.
The GM will work closely with the Board of Directors, senior management, and key stakeholders to
achieve the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities Summary:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategy, identifying growth
• opportunities and ensuring competitiveness in the transport and logistics industry.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency,
• compliance, and cost reduction.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the company’s budget, forecasts, and financial plans, monitor
• performance, and ensure resource allocation aligns with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the senior management team, foster a high-performance culture,
• and support professional growth through mentorship and talent development.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and investors, and
• effectively communicate company goals, performance, and brand.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
• (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Experience:
• Extensive senior management experience with a proven track record in leadership roles, preferably within
• the transport and logistics industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements, financial management, and strategic
• planning.
• Strong understanding of fleet management systems, logistics operations, and industry regulations.
Skills:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead organizational change.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, and performance
• metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Expected Deliverables:
