Job description
The purpose of this job is to offer effective management of all guard administrative and technical operational aspect of the company.

Specific job tasks
1. To monitor, mentor and train the guards with emphasis on their performance, time keeping, discipline, learning and personal development and deployment.
2. Oversee the appraisal system ensuring that all guards receive support as per internal instruction and guidelines
3. Offer a range of administrative tasks such as screening of staff, organizing meetings and transportation and covering any absence of staffs from the assignment.
4. Ensure proper staffing in support of business security operations.
5. Review and monitor work assignments of subordinates, review reports, sets priorities and adjust assignments as needed to meet shifting priorities, projected workloads and established deadlines.
6. Performing supervisory inspection of guards and guard posts to ensure compliance with service contracts, guard orders and procedures.
7. Coordinate enforcements of security standards when responding to suspicious persons/items, civil disturbance, act of crime, or terrorist incidents that threaten the safety of the company personnel or facilities.
8. Coordinate security response to security incidents or emergencies
9. Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time

Key performance indicators (KPI) based on twelve 12 months
1. Raise guards’ retention in company service by 50% (10 %)
2. Register performance of over 70%for every officer under direct supervision (40%)
3. Contribute to a sale of at least 60 guards (10%)
4. Register 80% contract renewal of the existing service sites (40)
