JOB DETAILS:
Working Location:
Kampala, ABC mall first floor (later stage in China-Uganda Mubale Industrial Park)
Working Hours:
Kampala 8:30-18:00 (12:00-13:30), China-Uganda Mubale Industrial Park(temporarily uncertain)

Position Statement:
• Recruit various store and factory employees through WhatsApp and other channels
• Responsible for managing attendance personnel, checking payroll, etc
• Responsible for maintaining employee relations, employee training and handling employee dismissal matters, and timely and dynamically supplement personnel according to the needs
• Manage the daily administrative affairs of the store and the factory area
• Other requirements given by the boss

Job Requirements:
• Familiar with the local labor laws and regulations in Uganda
• Major or above one year experience in HR
• Proficient in using office office software, able to independently formulate labor contracts, all kinds of notice rules, make and make integrated attendance sheet, payroll, etc
• Excellent communication skills and computing skills
• Can stay in Mbarai industrial park for a long time

Wages And Benefits:
• Sunday single rest and statutory holidays rest, statutory holidays double salary
• Probation salary composition: basic salary 450,000 UGX / month + performance salary 10,000-100,000, the probation period of three months, the salary will be increased depending on the work situation
• A certain amount of accommodation subsidy in the Kampala area
