Purpose:
Serves as strategic HR partner in the plant, enabling achievement of the business plan and targets, aligned to the Organisation’s overall strategic objective of long-term growth.

• Inform critical decisions with regards to employee engagement
• Advise the HR Manager in terms of critical remuneration decisions that impact on salaries, benefits and incentives.
• Ensure that succession planning, talent acquisition and retention strategies are in place.
• Ensure that HR delivers excellent customer service to the business.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree, with post graduate HR qualification, or equivalent
• Added advantage: Master’s degree in HR Management/Business Management/Industrial Psychology
• At least 5+ years of HR leadership experience in both operational and corporate environments – both generalist and specialist.
• At least 5 years people management experience.
• Business acumen, to drive organisation performance.
• Ability to influence and engage key stakeholders across different levels.
• Ability to develop clear actionable steps to support business strategy.
• Ability to analysis & diagnosis.
• Reputation for discretion and sound judgment.
