Job brief
Rasilimali People is looking for a qualified HR Consultant/HR Project Manager to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide fruitful human capital advice. You will help the company’s clients optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, team building, training, and HR Consultancy as well as implement strategic HR plans and technology.
The ideal HR Consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues. They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.
The goal is to maximize the value of our HR endeavors that will help business as a whole.


Responsibilities
1. Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
2. Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
3. Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
4. Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
5. Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
6. Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
7. Assist in the development and integration of policies
8. Select and implement suitable HR technology
9. Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
10. Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
11. Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas

Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as hr consultant
2. Minimum of 3 years experience as a HR Consultant or working in HR Consulting firms especially in the Oil & Gas Sector
3. Experience in project management preferably HR related
4. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
5. Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
6. Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
7. Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
8. An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
9. Excellent communication and consulting skills
10. A team player
11. BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
