plantation trees at Suam and Kapkwata within Mt Elgon National Park under 3 (Three) Lots. A bidder can apply for a maximum of 2 (two) Lots.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (as amended). the Public Procurement and disposal of public assets (disposal of Public assets) Regulations, 2014 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.
Interested bidders must inspect the softwood tree plantations at Suam and Kapkwata within Mt Elgon National Park during working hours (08:30 am to 04:30 pm), guided by the Chief Warden - MECA, and certificate of site will be issued to confirm the inspection.

The Bidding Documents in English may be picked by interested bidders from PDU- UWA Headquarters upon the submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable fee worth UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand shillings) to UWA Cashier.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 02nd August 2023 at 11:00am. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 02 August 2023 at 11:30am. at the address below.
Bid security, valid until 31" October shall be required
