JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The primary role of a head business analytics and reporting is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that the software and systems developed align with business requirements

Key Result Areas
• Develop the Analytics Model to drive sales effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for
• technical teams.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
• Detailed data backed performance analysis for the sales teams to identify
• improvement opportunities and drive those improvements with the stakeholders.
• Provide data backed analytical inputs for key strategic initiatives for commercial verticals.
• Performance dashboards, Reporting & Analysis - Daily, Weekly, Monthly to internal and external stakeholders, driving Penetration , Profitability , Productivity
• Delivering insights that influence decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
• Provide the backbone of data-driven decision-making, ensuring information accuracy and availability.
• Benchmarking and Market Intelligence.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Project management.

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics,
• Engineering, Finance or Business.
• An MBA will be an added advantage.
• 5-10 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
