Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Cashier to join our team. The Head Cashier will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cash register and ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the cashiers and ensuring that they follow all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the cash register and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
• Supervise the cashiers and ensure that they follow all company policies and procedures
• Count and verify cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile the cash drawer
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
• Ensure that the cash register is clean and well-maintained
• Train new cashiers on the company's policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or in a related field
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic math skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
