JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
• To develop, implement and monitor strategies for business growth of Electronic and transactional Banking via e-solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the various customer segments in line with the overall bank strategies and business needs.

Key Result Areas:
• Develop, cascade and monitor the implementation of Electronic and transactional Banking sales strategy and work plans/Activity plans aligned to the overall bank strategy so as to position Electronic and transactional Banking business in a leading stance in the marketplace.
• Develop and implement strategies/initiatives for achieving and surpassing Electronic and transactional Banking sales set annual performance budget in line with the overall Bank’s budget.
• Train, motivate and manage performance of Electronic and transactional Banking team to enhance staff productivity through daily supervision of the team’s activities, feedback and provision of leadership in line with the Human Capital Management policies.
• Design, implement and monitor customer management tools (With applicable SLAs) by working with the technical, operational & customer support teams in software installations, customizations, training at agent & customer sites and resolution of Electronic and transactional Banking issues/queries in line with customer management guidelines/procedures.
• Originate/Initiate proposals and recommendations to develop/structure Electronic and transactional Banking solutions to meet current & future needs of the Banks’ existing & prospective customers.
• Plan and budget for Electronic and transactional Banking short & long projects and provide advisory support on direction as well as implementing project directives from EMC/Management.
• Drive Electronic and transactional Banking team adherence to internal & External policies and regulations as well as audit recommendations.

Job Requirements
Education
• Degree in any field from a reputable University.
• Certification in Digital banking is added advantage.
• Masters degree in any Business course, project Management or any relevant course is added advantage.

Experience:
Atleast 1O years working experience of which 8 must have been in the banking industry preferably in any of the following fields – Strategy, Product Development/Management, Marketing and Sales
