JOB DETAILS:
Core Responsibility:
Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management policies and compliance programs.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Risk Management:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register.
2. Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
3. Promote risk management awareness across the organization.

Compliance:
1. Develop and implement compliance programs.
2. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
3. Provide training on compliance policies.
Internal Controls:
1. Strengthen internal controls and ensure segregation of duties.
2. Conduct reviews of control environments to identify and resolve gaps.

Governance:
1. Provide risk management guidance to the CEO and board.
2. Attend Board meetings and update on risk matters.
Training & Awareness:
1. Develop training programs to raise awareness of risk management across the organization.

Minimum Academic Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Project Management, or related field.
2. Master’s degree in Business Management or related field is an added advantage.
3. At least 5 years of experience managing similar responsibilities.
4. Experience in real estate, land management, or related industry is an advantage.
