JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Offer the highest standard of both specialized and general Spa services in a professional manner, maximize all revenue producing opportunities relating to Spa services, securing new and repeat business and establish a loyal clientele via your committed and dedicated staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assume full responsibility for the cost-effective operation of the Spa.
• To prepare the annual and revised Spa Budget in close cooperation with management, commensurate with operational requirements of the property.
• Have complete knowledge of all spa services, including price structure, and help train and amplify the team capability.
• Be aware of and keep accurate timing of client appointments/treatments for each working shift.
• Maintain the hygiene and safety of all areas according the spa set standard
• Ensure that the treatment rooms are at all times set to the spa set standard, with all products and equipment in readiness for the shift ahead.
• Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Appropriate diploma in Spa management.
• Minimum of Three (3) years' experience in the same position
