JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• Honors Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Experience:
• At least 4 years of kindergarten teaching experience in an integrated or international curriculum setting.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Early Childhood and Preprimary Department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Supervise and mentor teachers in the department to maintain curriculum standards and improve instructional quality.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance student performance and engagement in early childhood programs.
• Evaluate and revise teaching materials and methodologies to align with best practices and curriculum guidelines.
• Organize professional development programs and workshops for the teaching staff.
• Act as a liaison between the department and school leadership to ensure alignment with the school’s overall mission and vision.

Skills:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the department effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood education best practices and integrated curricula.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
