JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Head of Enterprise Project Management will lead strategic planning and project governance for the bank, defining project management methodologies and ensuring standardization of best practices. The role also involves oversight of business administration, risk management, and change management related to projects.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Experience:
o At least 8 years of work experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
o Proven experience in program and project management, testing, and delivery (minimum 4 years).
o Evidenced experience in managing program budgets for strategic projects.
o Prior experience in Financial Services, Telecoms, Big Tech, FinTech, or FMCG sectors is a clear advantage.
• Education:
o Minimum of a first degree in a science or numerate subject.
o Globally recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable or willingness to pursue certification.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
o Effective communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
o Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver complex change initiatives.
