JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Head of Enterprise Risk Management will establish and oversee an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring risk policies, metrics, reporting, and monitoring align with corporate strategy. The role involves supporting Senior Management and the Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC) to mitigate risks to desired levels, balance risk appetite with organizational goals, and enhance corporate value.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Provide leadership to ensure alignment of risk management with corporate strategy.
• Support Senior Management and the BRMC in achieving the organization’s risk objectives.
• Balance risk appetite with organizational risk-taking abilities.
• Prepare reports and present risk assessments to the Board and Senior Management.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Education:
o Master’s degree in a business-related field.
o Certified Enterprise Risk Management Professional (ERMCP) or equivalent.
• Experience:
o 10 years in banking, with 5 years at a senior management level in Internal Controls, Audit, or Risk Management (preferably in the financial/banking sector).
o Experience reporting to Boards or Senior Management Committees.
• Skills:
o Strong analytical and report-review skills.
o Proficient in making presentations to Senior Management.
o Knowledge of business and management trends and practices.
