JOB DETAILS:
Preferably a PhD holder, this role involves spearheading the institution’s research initiatives and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and coordinating all research activities across the institution.
• Identifying and securing research grants and partnerships.
• Driving innovative projects and ensuring alignment with the university's goals.
• Mentoring faculty and students in research methodologies and publication processes.
Requirements:
• A PhD in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in research and innovation.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
