JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy, teams and achieving sales revenue targets including direct and indirect field sales, sales operations and administration, product and brand marketing and advertising. Building motivated and high performing sales and marketing team through effective leadership branch management.
2. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that are in line with business priorities and set targets. Ensure these strategies are effectively cascaded to all sales and marketing team in a timely manner.
3. Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans through a correct understanding of consumer requirements, identification of market trends and recommendation of system improvements in order to achieve company’s sales target and marketing goals.
4. Preparing, analyzing and monitor annual sales and marketing department budgets which are in line with company objectives to ensure that the team is staying on target with estimated cost vs the actual costs and spending.
5. Ensure all sales and marketing operating policies and procedures are compliant, regularly reviewed, communicated and implemented in line with stocks and account system of the company and the country's local authorities.
6. Develop digital marketing strategy through the identification of economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identification of customer’s current and future needs and monitoring competition to ensure successful promotion of company products.
7. Provide leadership, coaching and development opportunities to sales and marketing team by ensuring the same activities are cascaded down in the department. Ensure appropriate knowledge, skill-set and succession plans for the key positions are in place for the team.
8. Drive strategies to increase product awareness and visibility through proper identification of all new showroom location and product visibility of the existing showrooms in line with business direction and industry trends

Knowledge and Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in sales and marketing, business management or equivalent
2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and business development with a demonstrated history of working in a real estate company.
3. Able to identify and separate out the key components of problems and situations
4. Able to manipulate and interpret information from a range of sources, and to spot patterns and trends in information and to deduct cause and effect from this
5. Can generate a range of creative solutions, evaluate them and choose the most appropriate option.
