JOB DETAILS:

FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for HVAC project design, purchasing, construction, commissioning and operation.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Responsible for reviewing the design of heating, cooling and ventilation systems to ensure that
• on of healing, cooling and ventilation materials
• and equipment, reviewing construction plans, checking construction quality, and solving on-site construction problems.
• Coordinate the progress and resource allocation of different disciplines, avoid waste of construc tion resources, and improve construction efficiency and o nd quality
• Maintain installed heating, cooling and ventilation materials and equipment, conduct performance evaluations, recommend more efficient systems and improve system performance.

EDUCATION:
MAJOR: EXPERIENCE:
chemistry or pharmacy

KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma or above.
• HVAC or mechanical and other related majors.
• At least 10 years of working experience in oil field, petrochemical,
• Good background knowledge of thermodynamics, mechanics of materials, solid mechanics, electrical load calculations, air handling equipment, energy calculations, pumps and piping systems, airflow and balance, measurement analysis, etc
• Good knowledge of HVAC for large-scale equipment in petrochemical field, such as crude oil reservoirs, reaction vessels, refinery towers, separators, etc.
• Good knowledge of nitrogen blanketing for gas reservoir and oil tank, separation of flammable oil vapor and high-temperature conducting oil steam, etc.
• Good knowledge for common HVAC equipment and facilities, such as air compressor units, self-generator plants, pump skids, boilers, distillation columns, valves, coolers, heat exchangers,
• etc.
• Good understanding to local construction codes and international standards such as ASME, API, ASHRAE, etc.
• On-site construction expertise, familiarity with building codes and international standards for HVAC.
• Knowledge of project management at oll field or petrochemical plant.

CAPABILITY:
• Familiar with the structure type characteristics of facilities and equipment in the oil field and petrochemical industry, and understand the different requirements for HVAC of building structures, equipment, electrical, long-distance pipelines, etc.
• Review design drawings of HVAC equipment, pumps, piping, structures, and site layouts, as well as calculations of airflow, heat load, etc.
• Review the installation plan and construction plan, supervise and guide the on-site construction, and ensure that the construction personnel abide by the safety procedures and construction specifications
• Review the HVAC special construction and hoisting plans for large equipment: crude oil storage tanks, reaction towers, separators, etc.
• Performance testing of installed HVAC equipment and systems to confirm proper operation. • Develop a schedule for regular maintenance of HVAC equipment, inspect HVAC systems, test equipment, operating data, and maintenance records.
• Familiar with QA&QC of mechanical for oil field site construction projects
• Have similar working experience in international projects
• Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate lechnique
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Able to verify and Non-Cond establish Quality Plan o
• Able to verify and approve Non-Confinspection Testing Pla/Corrective action
• Frequent travel or site base required according to project arrangements
• Fluent English as working language.
• Strong communication skill and good at team work.

MISCELLANEOUS:
• Good PC Skills such as Auto-CAD, MS-Office and project tools.
• Three or more similar international projects experiences.
