JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
• Address guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met.
• Work closely with servers and management to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the reception area.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
