JOB DETAILS:
Position: Hotel Manager

Roles
• Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staffs & office employees
• Creating and applying market strategy to promote the Hotel's services & aminities
• Co-coordinating with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies and Conference planners
• Evaluating Hotel performance & ensuring compliance with health and safety rules
• Pertaking financial activities, including establishing room rates, setting budgets & assigning funds to departments

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of 1-2 years in hotel management or similar role
• Strong understanding of Hotel management best practices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
