Description
Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Public Area Supervisor to join our team. As a Hotel Public Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of public areas within our hotel. You will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and train a team of public area attendants to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Inspect public areas regularly to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns related to public areas
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
