JOB DETAILS:
CORE FUNCTIONS
• Carry out workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Provide hands on recruitment and onboarding.
• Performance management, learning & development resources
• Manage and control the admin budget, ensuring good cost savings.
• Oversee the Admin team
• Ensure health and safety procedures are regularly updated and adhered to
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Post graduate in HR is desirable
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
