About: Amani Sasa is a Christian ministry in Kampala, that ministers among vulnerable urban refugees. We seek to offer them safety, wholeness, and empowerment so that they can live into their full God-given potential. .

Human Resource Manager: The Human resource manager of Amani Sasa is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction of human resource management strategy and contribute to the processes including registration compliance with NGO Board which enhance organizational development and leadership. The person will be responsible for developing reviewing, and aligning human resource policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with Uganda labor laws and overseeing compliance of staff and management of organizational policies and core values. Additionally, the person will assist in applying for and overseeing grant implementation and budget compliance.

Experience required: HR management, knowledge and experience in grants application and budget management as a MUST. Should have cross cultural experience with strong character and work ethics
Education: Minimum of Bachelors' degree in Human resource management, Social Sciences, or any other related field with at least 3 years' experience, preferably with NGO working.
