Human Resource Manager [HQ]:
Main duties include Development and implementation ot the HR strategv aligned to the organisation objectives, Support and coach the management team on all people management matters, including organisation change and transformation, HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salarv and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and anv other HR related issues).
Skills and requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or a related field, Prouen track record as a HR generalist, preferably in a senior role, Experience of designing and delivering coaching! mentoring, learning and development and talent management programmes, High level of communication and interpersonal skills, Adaptability and flexibility, willingness to work in a versatile way on diverse tasks, Excellent knowledge ot Microsott ottice packages.
