Position Overview
• As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programmes to attract, retain, and develop top talent within our organization.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification is a plus)
• Proven experience in HR management, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships and foster a positive work culture
