Job Title: Human Resource Officer (1)
Reporting to: The Director

Job Purpose: Plan, develop, manage and coordinate human resource strategies, and ensure that HR plans support the achievement ot the over-all objectives of the institute. Duty Station: Njeru Qualification, Experience and Skills: The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized and reputable University, and not less than 5 years’ experience in a similar role and industry. The position requires skills in HR systems analysis, design, documentation, implementation and monitoring. The position holder must be able to quickly establish credibility and respect, think strategically, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, team work and high unwavering ethical standards and values.

African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE) is an inter denominational Evangelical Christian humanitarian not-for-profit NGO that has operated in Uganda since 1981. AEE has embarked on the implementation of a new 5-year Child Centered Community Development Program in Arivu Sub-county, Arua District. AEE Uganda now wishes to invite qualified candidates to apply for the positions listed below
