Job details:
A private security operating firm in Western Uganda with main Headquarters in Bushenyi wishes to recruit Human Resource Officer.

He / She should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution or Postdated Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
•  Previous security training in Police, Army or Prisons is preferable.
• Age, he/she should be between 30-40 years

DUTIES:

• Experience- 2years and above in similar organization,
• Shall be responsible for personnel file and personal matters,
•  Responsible for organizing training and refresher courses
• Responsible for interpretation and application of staff manual.
• Any other a signed personnel management work from time to time.
