JOB DETAILS:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management within the organization. Key responsibilities include:
• Recruitment and Talent Management: Developing job descriptions, attracting top talent, and managing the onboarding process.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive working environment.
• Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and supporting employee growth.

Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
