JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose
The Human Resources Manager performs a variety of professional HR services, offers guidance and support to the business, throughout the entire employee life cycle from recruitment, hiring, benefits administration through to promotions, transfers and terminations.

Key Accountabilities include (not limited to):
Recruitment and Onboarding
1. Line Management support
2. Providing guidance to Managerial and Employee Requests
3. Employee relations matters
4. Employee development
5. Performance Management
6. Training & development
7. Coordinate salary review and bonus cycle processes in line with Company policy
8. Contributes to review the HR processes, templates and procedures based on experience, for continuous improvement purpose.

Required Academic qualifications, Skills and Experience
1. Degree in HR or business related field and preferably a post graduate diploma/Masters in HR
2. Member of relevant HR professional body
3. Minimum 5 years experience in generalist HR role
4. Knowledge of Uganda Labour Laws
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Strong communication and listening skills
7. Ability to influence across all levels.
8. Experience in similar HR position in manufacturing would be an advantage

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
