JOB DETAILS:

Based in Uganda (Kampala)
• To deliver on the operational HR plan with specific reference to the attraction of talent into the organization.
• To manage the operational components of HR such as recruitment and selection, industrial relations and HR administration for a portfolio in the company.
• This includes providing professional advice and support across the full range of employee recruitment and selection activity for staff and associates as well as general human resources functions.

Requirements:
• University graduate Degree or Diploma specializing in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations, 2 - 3 years’ experience in human resource generalist role,
• 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment,
• 1-2 years’ experience in industrial relations


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
